Seavine is looking for a qualified part-time customer service experience manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is located in Nashville, TN but we will consider qualified applicants for a remote position. You will be working closely with the CEO on ongoing projects and daily to-dos.
Responsibilities
- Manage customer emails
- Generate invoices and quotes for customers
- Manage purchase orders
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- General internal operations tasks such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
- Order fulfillment
- Handle customer feedback, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Generate sales leads
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage our customers, performers, and partners
Qualifications and skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Proven customer support experience
- Organized and attention to detail when managing projects and tasks
- Proficient understanding of Google Workspace (G Suite) software including Google Sheets & Google Docs
- Familiarity with project management software
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school diploma or GED
- Genuine kindness and patience when communicating with the team and customers
- Familiarity with the pageantry arts for WGI, BOA, and DCI
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
Time Commitment / Wage
- This job will have extremely flexible hours throughout the week. The ideal candidate is available to work in person 2 days per week and work remote the remaining. Depending on the time of the year and open projects, the weekly time commitment will be 10-25 hours per week.
- Wage will be based on experience and paid by the hour every two weeks.
